What is the Venice Neighborhood Council (VNC)?

It is YOUR branch of LA City Government. The VNC board consists of 21 neighborhood volunteers that have been elected by the community. The VNC”S mission is to listen to the voices of the community and bring those voices to City Hall.

Who Can Participate?

ANYONE who is a stakeholder in the Venice community. You are a stakeholder if you live, work, own property or can demonstrate a substantial interest in Venice.

VNC Meetings

Attend VNC meetings to learn more about Venice and get involved.

Board Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the auditorium of Westminster Elementary School, corner of Westminster & Abbot Kinney.

To be sure that special circumstances have not required Board or committee meetings to be rescheduled, check this website often. You will also find announcements about special events.

Please come join us as we take on the issues of development, parking, traffic, homelessness, the impact of 16 million annual visitors, and other Venice quality of life issues.
