All ad-hoc committees must adhere to the following guidelines:
A. All ad hoc committees have a mission statement approved by the Executive Committee.
B. All ad hoc committees report their minutes regularly to the Executive Committee, including committee members and meeting attendees.
C. All ad hoc committees will have a specific period of service approved by the Executive Committee.
D. All ad hoc committees will notice their meetings on the website no less that 24 hours prior to meeting.
E. All ad hoc committees will have a Board member liaison assigned to their committee.
F. All ad hoc committees, and people serving on them, are strictly advisory to The Board of the GRVNC only.
