5)  Discussion/Action Item:  Oakwood Park Redevelopment (30 min) [Requested by Amber            Hartgens, stakeholder]:  Anticipated presentation by representative of       Councilwoman Miscikowski’s office about the proposed redevelopment of the park.

 

6)  Discussion/Action Item: 741 E. Broadway (30 min)[Requested by Lydia Ponce, member]
               A rep. from Frank Murphy and Associates (developer) will give 15 min.presentation           on the above project.  Questions from audience and dialogue will be encouraged.
 
7)  Discussion/Action Item:  Community Garden (15 min)[Requested by Suzanne               Thompson, President GRVNC]:  Presentation by Suzanne Thompson relative to a   
               possible community garden on a city-owned parcel at Venice Blvd & Venice Way

 

8)  Discussion Item:  Procedure for transmitting LUPC motions to GRVNC Board for            approval and ensuring such actions are transmitted to City decision makers (5 min)

 

9)  Discussion/Action Item:  Lincoln Place (10 min)[Requested by member Laura Burns]

Laura will provide an update on the threatened evictions.  Potential action, e.g.. Resolution expressing  the Sense of the Neighborhood Council to be submitted to the Board of Officers.

 

10)  Discussion/Action Item:  Lincoln Center (10 min)[Requested by member L. Burns]

Report  and discussion on Oct 2 community open house, timeline of application and environmental documents.
