5. NEW BUSINESS:
DELIBERATION OF FOLLOWING ISSUE:

T-Mobile cell tower installation at Jib and Pacific in the Marina Peninsula.

This issue will come up before the California Coastal Commission (CCC) next Wednesday, January 7th at their scheduled meeting in Oceanside, near San Diego. The Marina Peninsula Neighborhood Association (MPNA) is asking for our support in asking the CCC to deny approval for that installation, or for the CCC to at least postpone the item until its February meeting, which will be in (or closer to) Los Angeles and allow residents to show up and give public comment.

According to the California Coastal Commission meeting agenda, T-Mobile, USA, Venice, Los Angeles, has applied to install 47.5 foot tall wood utility pole to support cell phone equipment and antennas, at Eastern edge of Pacific Avenue right of way (4100 block at Jib Avenue) Venice (CP-LB).
