Two public scoping meetings will be held in March 2006 to solicit input from interested parties
on the scope and content of the Environmental Impact Report in conformance with Section
21083.9 of the Public Resources Code.

The first meeting will be held on Thursday March 9 2006, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
