Proposed Relocation of St. Joseph's Homeless Shelter

I received a flyer from an anonymous individual stating that St. Joseph's Homeless Shelter will be relocated to the corner of Lincoln & Flower. Is this information accurate? If so, when will the relocation take place and why weren't the residents warned? The proposed location is right around the corner from my residence and abuts neighborhoods filled with children & the elderly. Is there anything we can do at this time to prevent the relocation from happening? Thank you. Camille
